Updated by

CLAUDE_CODE_DECSTBM is a Claude Code environment variable: Enables DECSTBM (VT100 Set Top and Bottom Margins) for scrolling regions in the TUI. The mechanism behind /tui fullscreen's flicker-free rendering — pins header and input while the middle region scrolls. Falls back to the tengu_marlin_porch gate when unset. Added between v2.1.108 and v2.1.114 and still present in v2.1.294. It is not in the official reference.
